REFUND/ RETURNS POLICY
REFUND
Our customers (including wholesale) have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us about their wish to return any unopened item(s) for a full refund.
After this date our customers have additionally 14 days to ship back the goods at their own cost.
Only items that have been purchased directly from us can be returned.
Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning is repackaged with all elements in its original unopened condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To cancel or return goods please contact us via roarcbdco@gmail.com quoting your order number and reason for cancellation/ return.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Should an order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at roarcbdco@gmail.com with information & photographs attached. We ask for the photographs as evidence to show the shipper. We appreciate your co-operation.
